Day 505

Nothing from next door. The brick is still loose and I can remove it. But it's a dark part of the cell even when the light is on. And I can smell something every time I remove it.

Day 504

There has been a lot of activity since yesterday. After that scream, the guards charged in but nothing was found. I am not telling them that somebody spoke to me, or they will think I am making it up again.

Day 503

The brick moved on its own today and somebody whispered at me "Who are you, you weren't at the health and safety meeting" But when I showed my face at the hole, he screamed and disappeared.

Day 502

I woke up with a start this morning. Something heavy landed on my foot and I realised it was a brick. There was a hole in the wall about the same size, so I put it back.

Day 501

I asked a guard about the noises and he confirmed that they had quite a few inmates turn up from another prison. But they have all been put in section 3. So who is next door I wonder?

Day 500

I've been here 500 days today. Wonder if I get a special treat? I heard a whisper again today and I know I am not hearing things, it didn't make much sense, something like "not the right plan".

Day 499

There's been a bit of noise and commotion today, a lot of distant cells being slammed shut and noises that sound like other inmates. I can't quite figure out what is going on, but I know I am not alone now!
