Day 716

Another letter, this time it was confirmation of my earnings. Earnings. That seems a long time ago. I wrote the right figures into the right boxes, and gave it to huggy guard to return.

Day 715

Got a letter today from the Solicitor. She said that the case is pretty much wrapped up and that next weeks court case could be interesting. I suddenly felt nervous at the thought.

Day 714

Keep looking around my cell for "Alterations". Nothing that I can see. Apart from the vent being blocked up again. Taxpayers money wasted again I guess.

Day 713

Back in my cell, and nothing has changed. I asked huggy guard what "alterations" I should be seeing, as I felt his builder had ripped him off. He simply smiled, shook his head and tapped his nose. I am not nosey!!

Day 712

Currently sitting in 3F on the other side of the prison at the moment, looking out over the courtyard, and if I strain my neck and balance on the end of the bed, I can see Lou's window!! Happy today!

Day 711

Huggy guard came by today and said that he needed to move me into another cell tomorrow, just for the one day. Something about some "alterations".

Day 710

2J is getting on my nerves. He keeps trying to sit with me in the courtyard, and I'm trying to wave to Lou!

Day 709

Well that was a bit of a disappointment. It wasn't Lou, it was my Solicitor. I guess the name Chris could be male or female, and I thought my solicitor was male. However, she did explain a few things to expect, and said that it was safer to talk than to write as apart from Lou's father, there were people in here not to trust. You can't trust people in prison? Well that was a revelation.

Day 708

Just had a shower, shave, hair cut and my cleaned weekend clothes early, thanks to Huggy Guard. Feel presentable enough to meet Lou now. Not sure what time she is coming down. Wait, I hear whistles and cheers echoing down the hallway..

Day 707

Got a reply from Lou, and she's going to pop in tomorrow to talk to me. I've not had an external visitor since I have been here. Not one!

Day 706

Got another letter from the new Solicitor, telling me that there will be a court case set for 3 weeks time. Today is a good day.

Day 705

Wrote a letter to Lou, feel I can write her name now that Huggy Guard told me it was his daughter, and he's in control here at the moment. Highlighted Simons name and signed against it to say that I knew that name and put the pages back into the letter. Will be interesting to see what happens now.

So after breathing and controlling my self a little more the information sinks in about Simon. That little rat!

Day 703

I passed by my opportunity to walk today, because I felt sick. Sick because of a name I saw in the list. Huggy guard came to check on me and I simply pointed to the name. He smiled and nodded as if he knew all along. I feel very angry today.

Day 702

Another express delivery today from the new Solicitor with a list of employee names at the old bank where I worked. They were a national company and there were a lot of names, might take me a while to go through this.

Day 701

New 2J starting asking what kind of letters I got. Nosey man! I told him what I got was my business, so he went off asking other people. What is it with this guy?

Day 700

700 days. Its not really a long time, compared to some guy I met the other day who was almost celebrating his 10 thousandth day. He spoke of the day that Huggy guard started and how he always did things "by the book". He told me to trust him. I told him I already did. He told me not to tell him. I told him I hadn't.

Day 699

Asked huggy guard about 2J and he said that he had been released because his case had been broken because in the light of some interesting information.  Apparently that information might be just as useful for my case too!

Day 698

Met the new guy again today, so thought it was time to ask HIM a question. I asked him which cell he was in and he said 2J! So where is 2J ?

Day 697

Kept pacing my cell today. My lady is Huggy Guard's daughter! No wonder the letters have gotten through quicker! She's been doing the homework on my case and assisting the new solicitor, and wow, what a lot of work has gone into this. I keep reading my letter over and over and they've dug up a lot about my case!

Day 696

Huggy guard bought me a letter today from a new solicitor. He also told me something that made me panic, smile and suddenly feel nervous all at the same time!

Day 695

Sat down in the courtyard today watching the new guy walking around everywhere. He's going to get in trouble with some of the Derek types in this prison.
